Studio Policies

🎟️ Tuition & Payment
Lessons are prepaid monthly through AUTOPAY on the 1st. Late payments (after the 7th) incur a $25 fee. Ongoing non-payment may lead to membership cancellation. If pricing changes, we’ll give you 30 days' notice.

❌ Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds for mid-month withdrawals. A 30-day notice is required to end your membership—use the form at the bottom of our website. (Ex: Cancel on Sept. 13 → billed through Oct. 31.)

🎯 Missed Lessons
Missed a lesson? Give us 24 hours’ notice and earn a makeup credit (max of 2, valid for 45 days). No-shows without notice forfeit credit. Teacher or weather cancellation? We’ll issue a credit too.

🎙️ Studio Time & Recordings
Students own their original songs, but Rock School NW may use any lesson or performance recordings for marketing and education—no royalties shared.

📸 Media Consent
We reserve the right to use student photos and videos in school materials, social media, and promotions.

🛡️ Safety & Behavior
No drugs, alcohol, or weapons. Follow respectful behavior standards and practice good hygiene. Bullying, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe conduct won’t be tolerated.

🚫 Injury Liability
By participating, students and guardians waive liability for injuries sustained during lessons, rehearsals, or performances.
