THE DETAILS ON HOW IT ALL WORKS
PAYMENT
Pre-Payment: Lessons must be prepaid. Monthly tuition is charged to your credit/debit card via AUTOPAY on the 1st of each month. Set up AUTOPAY when registering.
Late Payments: Payments are late after the 7th of the month and incur a $25 late fee. If over a month late, your membership may be terminated.
Price Changes: Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, typically effective September 1.

REFUNDS & WITHDRAWALS
No Refunds: No refunds for withdrawals. Complete the current month of lessons.
Termination: Rock School NW reserves the right to terminate lessons without notice. If this occurs, a refund for unused lessons will be given.
Notice of Withdrawal: A 30 day notice (via the button at the bottom of our website) is required to end your membership with Rock School NW. We do not give refunds or prorate lessons for the month you need to stop lessons. So you need to cancel your subscription at least 30 days prior to the date you need to end lessons on. (ie. If you cancel on September 13th, you still are billed for the whole month of October).

Makeup Lesson Policy: At Rock School Northwest, students must provide at least 24-hour notice to qualify for a makeup lesson. Each student can hold a maximum of 2 makeup credits at a time, which will expire 45 days from the date of the missed lesson. Makeup lessons are subject to availability, and no-shows without 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of the credit. For questions or assistance, please contact the front desk.
Teacher Absences: If a teacher at Rock School Northwest is absent, students will be provided with a makeup lesson credit. This credit must be used within 45 days from the date of the missed lesson. INJURIES
Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on business property resulting from any activity conducted by the students before, during or after lesson time.
Photo Release
The school is hereby granted permission to take photographs and videos of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, social media, advertisements and other promotional materials the business creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the school to copyright such photographs in its name.
Dress/Behavior Code
Dress Code: Practice good hygiene and dress appropriately on school premises and at our events. Standard school dress codes apply.
Prohibited Items: Leave pocket knives and other weapons at home.
Substance Use: No drugs or alcohol on the property or at events.
Respect: Treat staff, instructors, and students with respect. No bullying or inappropriate behavior. Report issues to the instructor, office staff, or owner immediately.
